closet

what we store

the short version: your closet is yours, your interaction history is exportable, your photos are never published, and we don't sell or share any of it.

your account

you sign in with your atproto identity (e.g. a Bluesky handle). We store your DID and handle to key your data — no password of yours ever touches us, and we ask for no email, name, or profile details.

your closet and interaction log

everything you create here — closet items, saved outfits, and every love/pass/wear/click — is stored as atproto-shaped records under your DID. The interaction log is append-only: we never rewrite your history, and edits you make by hand always outrank anything our automation inferred. You can dump the whole log any time at /export.jsonl — portability is the point, not a settings-page afterthought.

your photos

photos you upload are stored so we can match them to garments and build your closet's imagery, and they appear only inside your own account's pages. We never publish them or list them anywhere, and we don't use them to train models — if that ever changes, we will ask you first, per photo.

what our models learn from

outfit suggestions and the for-you catalog are ranked by models trained on public retailer imagery and on interaction logs like yours. Your log improves your own results first; it is never shown to, or shared with, anyone else.

cookies and third parties

one session cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics, no ad pixels; every script we serve comes from our own domain — nothing on any page loads from a third-party server. Outbound retailer links pass through an affiliate network (disclosure) carrying an anonymous id — a one-way hash, never your DID or handle; the network can't identify you from it.

deletion

email s@sophiaray.info and your account's records and photos are deleted. (Export first if you want your log — it's yours.)
